Thomas E. Bello Sr. is the President and CEO of The AlfaOmega Financial Group, a full financial services company. He is a member of The Financial Service Society (FSS), General Agent and Manager Association (GAMA) and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
Mr. Bello has a 36 years’ experience in the insurance and financial services industry. During his career he has led, built and developed financial professionals and agencies. He has also been the recipient of numerous awards, including The Agent’s Gold Record, Silver Achievement Award, Platinum Award, President Trophy Award, GAMA International Career Development Award, Top Partner Award and Partner Round Table and Life Case Rate Trophy Awards.
Mr. Bello holds a Chartered Leadership Fellowship (CLF) and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship designations from the American College of Insurance.
Mr. Bello has been married to his beautiful wife Xiomara Bello, for over 41 years. They have two children and six amazing grandchildren. They are active members in their local church, and they are also very active supporting various organizations doing missionary work.
